Home Service:

Our Standard On Site Service Call costs $99, which includes the first half hour.

Workshop Service:

Our workshop service is a great value as we are able to run diagnostics over a number of hours so your computer is returned to you after a very thorough inspection. If you would rather leave your computer in our workshop, our rate is $55 for diagnosis and $88 per hour of actual technician time. We contact you to let you know the diagnosis of your computer problem before we go ahead with any major work or we will advise you if your computer is past its repair life and is a write off!

Remote Support:

For your convenience we offer a unique service where we connect to your computer over the internet. This saves you time and allows us to look after those urgent problems which otherwise could interupt your day for hours.

This service is $30 for every 15 minutes.

Business Service:

Our Standard On Site Service Call costs $132 gst inc (Less then 20km's), which includes the first half hour, thereafter $99 per hour. Calls over 20km's are $139 gst inc, including the first half hour, thereafter $99 per hour.

Business Maintenance:

Our Dextralog Business Maintenance Agreement offers great savings. This Agreement offers our full guaranteed service for one annual fee! This includes our Professional phone or On-line support. Business priority on site call outs as well. Please contact us for a no obligation quotation.

Server Support:

Our Dextralog Server Support is a must have for businesses serious about their I.T system. This gives priority service to your most important hardware - your server. Professionaly monitored for peace of mind.
